It is accurate to the second. The calculation uses your full date of birth and the current timestamp, updating live every second.
How is the heartbeat estimate calculated?
We use the average adult resting heart rate of 70 beats per minute multiplied by your total age in minutes.
What is the life progress bar based on?
It uses the global average life expectancy of approximately 79 years as a reference point.
How is the planet age calculated?
Each planet's orbital year (time to orbit the Sun) is used to divide your Earth age in years. For example, a Mars year is 1.88 Earth years.
