Does the converter handle Daylight Saving Time?
Yes. We use the Intl.DateTimeFormat API which automatically accounts for DST based on the selected timezone and the date being converted.
How do I convert a specific time in the past or future?
Switch to Manual mode using the Live/Manual toggle. Enter your desired date and time, select the source timezone, and all zones update instantly.
What does the sun/moon icon mean?
The sun icon indicates it is currently daytime (6am–8pm) in that timezone. The moon icon indicates nighttime.
How many timezones can I compare at once?
There is no hard limit. You can add as many timezones as needed. The layout adapts to any number of zones.
What is UTC offset?
The UTC offset shows how many hours ahead or behind UTC a timezone is. For example, IST is UTC+5:30 and EST is UTC-5.
How do I use this for meeting planning?
Switch to Manual mode, enter your proposed meeting time, and add the timezones of all participants to see what time the meeting would be for each person.
Can I copy the results?
Yes. Click 'Copy All' in the header to copy all timezone conversions to your clipboard in a clean, shareable format.
Are the timezones kept between sessions?
Currently, the selected timezones are not persisted between sessions. The page defaults to four popular zones on reload.
